Cabin 2 – Timber is located up a slight incline directly across from the showers/restrooms. This cabin features maps, photographs, information posters and actual signs used by the Timber division. There is a slice of Kaibab National Forest Rocky Mountain Juniper which had been presented to Forest Service employee Paul Callaway. The story of the “slice” is on the wall next to the plaque.
Dresser with lamp are located to the near right when entering the cabin.
“True Timber” fabric was used for the window valances.

The full bed is tucked into the far left corner of the cabin. A wood stove provides the only source of heat in the cabin.
Twin bed 1 is tucked into the far right corner of the cabin next to the chair.
Twin bed 2 is angled into the close left corner nearest the door.
